1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• You must possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Customized or clearance items (if applicable) are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team at support@turfcraft.shop within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and photos/videos if the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees & Exchange

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Whether the product is defective, damaged, or if you simply changed your mind, you will not pay anything for return shipping.
Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you by email or included in your package.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges: We accept product exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item for a different variant or a new item, please contact our support team at support@turfcraft.shop to process your exchange request.

5. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
